About the FDP

A Faculty Development Program on “Next Generation Wireless Communication” is designed mainly for faculty members, researchers and postgraduate students to upgrade their knowledge in modern communication technologies such as 5G, 6G, IoT, AI/ML based networks, Optical Communication and RF Communication. It is an academic training initiative that focuses on emerging technologies and their applications in teaching, research and industry.

The main goal is to bridge the gap between the traditional curriculum and modern technological advancements in communication systems. An FDP on Next Generation Wireless Communication is highly valuable for staying updated in a rapidly evolving field.

About the Department

The Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Department was established in 1999. The department is well equipped with twelve laboratories, including five advanced computer laboratories with high speed internet connectivity. It is supported by a team of highly qualified and experienced faculty members dedicated to academic excellence, research and innovations.

It also features a well maintained departmental library with a rich collection of technical resources and modern smart classrooms that facilitate an effective teaching–learning process. The department continuously strives to provide a strong foundation in emerging technologies and industry oriented skills to students and participants, and takes pride in its strong alumni network with graduates successfully placed in reputed organizations.

About the Institute

Smt. Radhikatai Pandav College of Engineering was established in the year 1999. The institute is affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University. It is spread over 25 acres and built up area is more than 22000 square meter. The institute offers six undergraduate (B.Tech) programmes along with two postgraduate programmes (MBA, MCA) catering to diverse fields of Engineering and Technology.

It is supported by well developed central facilities including a spacious seminar hall, well stocked central library, modern auditorium and a fully equipped computer centre to enhance academic and research activities. The institute actively promotes Industry–Institution interaction, enabling students to gain practical exposure and industry relevant skills. To foster innovation and technical excellence, the institute regularly organizes various development programs.
