The Department of Science and Humanities forms the academic foundation of an engineering student’s journey. We believe that excellence in technology begins with a clear understanding of scientific principles, mathematical reasoning, effective communication and human values. Our department helps students make a confident transition into professional education while developing curiosity and a positive approach towards learning.
Our teaching focuses on Engineering Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Communication Skills and foundational sciences, supported by interactive lectures, laboratory experiments, problem-solving sessions and student-centered activities. Along with academics, we emphasize communication, teamwork, critical thinking, discipline and professional ethics—essential qualities for becoming a successful engineer.
Our aim is to develop well-rounded, confident and responsible learners with strong fundamentals and the ability to think beyond textbooks. By combining scientific knowledge with human values and communication skills, we prepare students with a strong foundation to succeed in their chosen engineering disciplines and contribute meaningfully to society.
